A few businesses per question, and often not ours. On 27 October 2026 we asked four AI tools the questions customers ask when they need what two of our own businesses offer. Our check-in software was named in 6 of 32 answers. Our tax practice was named in 0 of 32.

Does AI get your facts right?

Not always. Asked about our tax practice on 27 October 2026, Perplexity said two people from another firm founded it in July 2009, and that it runs payroll. Neither is true. Google’s AI Mode and AI Overviews described it correctly.
